'Oidche Mhath' is gaelic for 'Good night' and this blend pulls from tradition, the use of heather for insomnia by the highlanders.  In fact, it was common place to mash the flowering heather tops with egg white- and apply the mix as a 'mask' to the forehead and temples and this was said to ensure a good night's sleep. We're not sure many people would want to go to bed with egg on their faces, so we've kindly created this lovely tasting blend that has the effects without the mess!  Lime blossom, birch leaf and heather make for a beautiful light flavoured drink to settle you into a peaceful state for a good night's sleep.
