Heather blossom, blaeberry leaf, elderflowers, mint and rose make a delightful floral bouquet that reminds of Scottish Summer hedgerows against blue skies.

We love this blend in our family house, and never a drop is wasted. Any left over makes a perfect iced tea, and complete with some lemon verbena sprigs, strawberries, grapes, elderflower and spearmint, it’s the perfect non-alcoholic Pimms for your Summer picnics …

Or, well, you know- you could add a splash of your favourite tipple.
